This Cottage is Right Across the Street from the Beach and Beach Access #83

Originally Built in 1940, this Beautiful Cottage is a One of a Kind with a complete renovation and every modern convenience!

Featuring 3 Queen Bedrooms, 2 Full Baths, and a Private Bonus Room with a Full -Size Bed and a set of built in Bunk Beds. Each room has its own TV. New Air-Conditioning (even New Duct Work), and a Tankless Endless Hot Water Heater. Enjoy eating out or dine in at on the over-sized Farmers Table and small Breakfast Bar or the outdoor pic-nic table. The long front porch overlooks our Private Courtyard and Grilling Area. Plenty of places to Relax and unwind.

You're only steps to the Sugar White Sands of "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches". Beach Access #83 is across the street from this cottage. Many of you are familiar with our cottages, the Oleander Cottage is just 3 doors down. With over 500 Perfect Reviews, each of our properties has been more popular than the last. We love helping families plan the Best Vacation Possible. Everything is fresh and clean; we wouldn't let any of our guests stay somewhere that we wouldn't stay. Wonderful Beach Cottage

This beach home is absolutely perfect. We love, Laguna Beach, the less crowded part of PCB. Beach access is such an ease from this home. The house layout is great. We stayed during the week of July 4th. We would definitely be interested in booking this home in the future. Haven Beach Rentals was very easy to book with and checked on us via text.

My family and I have been visiting the Panama City Beach/30A area for more than 50 years. My husband and I visit multiple times a year. We have stayed in more places than I can count, including a luxury penthouse in Seaside. I can say, without hesitating, that "A Time to Remember" was, hands down, our favorite place to stay. It had lots of room, but felt cozy/homey at the same time. The location is perfect for any activity you enjoy...the beach, biking, restaurants,entertainment, shopping. It was clean, and had everything you need to enjoy meals in, and the beds were very comfortable. It was the first place we have ever stayed where the air conditioner actually kept the house at an even, cool temperature all day, even during one of the worst heat waves on record. I can not say enough good things about this cottage. And David and Lisa go above and beyond to make sure that the reservation process and check in is a breeze. They are two of the most genuinely nice people I have ever met. We met several people who were staying in some of their other rentals, and they felt the same way about David and Lisa and their rental properties. They definitely have a stellar reputation! We feel as though we have found our "home away from home" and can't wait to go back.

Quaint cottage. Very well kept and very quick walk to the beach. We always travel as mixed families and this worked perfect for us. We had 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The cottage is very well kept and clean. It has everything you need for your stay. The owners are very pleasant and helpful and will check on you throughout your visit. I highly recommend this or any of their properties.

Traveling with my mom

I just loved this beach cottage! We had a wonderful time and Lisa was so kind and understanding as travels with my 86 year old mom can be a challenge. I did have to go buy her a rocking chair and we were able to fit it in our vehicle to take back to Wisconsin. I hope to be able to stay at this cottage again everything was wonderful.

We stayed at A Time To Remember in Laguna Beach and it was perfect. Laguna Beach is quiet, low traffic and the beach was easy access and not crowded. The cottage is beautifully decorated and the owner has provided everything for a comfortable stay.

Super Cute Cottage!

The house was very clean and cozy. One of the most well stocked kitchens we've ever had. I didn't need half the things I brought. Also, the outside was stocked with beach toys, boogie boards and chairs which was very nice! The location was great. Just far enough away from the crowded PCB area but close enough to go for dinner or a shopping trip. The access to the beach was a stones thrown away. Beach was full most days but not overcrowded at all like PCB. Lisa was in contact several times during our stay and although we never had any issues, I'm sure they would've been resolved quickly if we had. Thomas' donuts is also super close. Highly recommend Thomas'. We visited 3 times during our stay. Overall, we had an excellent week and would definitely book this cottage again!

This property was the perfect place for our family's annual stay at the beach during the week of the Fourth of July. It was such a charming cottage with everything we could possibly need. The beach access was convenient too. The owners, David and Lisa, were very gracious hosts. We hope to stay again in the future.

This is the second time we have stayed in this home and the 4th time we have used one of David and Lisa’s homes . They never disappoint ! They are always clean, always furnished well and honestly make me feel like I am staying at someone’s home …just at the beach !!! I am so grateful and thankful foe the homes they provide and I look forward to many more years of staying with them .
